Ofsted

Hungerford Nursery School was last inspected by Ofsted on 4th October 2016.  An Outstanding judgement was awarded.

We are very proud of our achievements:  this was our 4th successive Outstanding Inspection.

Outstanding judgements have been awarded in 2006/2007, 2009/2010, 2012/2013 and 2016/17.

At our last Ofsted Inspection, the Inspector, Caroline Dulon, said:

“You set high expectations for children’s achievement and continually strive to exceed these.”

“Keyworkers form close and effective relationships with children quickly.  This helps children to feel secure and benefit from this high quality support.”

“You expect staff to challenge and extend children’s learning.  As a result, most children’s attainment exceeds the standards expected for their age.”
