Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) is an additional funding source for the Nursery School and is available for children whose parents are in receipt of certain benefits or match other criteria. Some of the funding is provided by the Department for Education, and some by West Berkshire Council.  Click on this link to West Berkshire Council which provides further details.  Funding is allocated on a term-by-term basis in early years.

Hungerford Nursery School's Governors have agreed that EYPP will be used to provide qualifying children with additional hours. This decision was based on research evidence that shows that additional access to quality teaching is the best way for children to make rapid progress.

If you think your child may be eligible for EYPP funding, we would be grateful if you would complete the EYPP form for parents.
